At SAUER quality is produced and not achieved through testing.
Even so, the application of quality measures is unavoidable.
Fundamental to these measures is regular training during which
our employees are provided with the subject matter required.
The implementation of this knowledge in practice and its effectiveness
are guaranteed through assessments carried out at a later point
in time.
In-process control and its documentation are computer-aided
and, to a large extent, are carried out by fully-automatic test
machines. Quality evaluations used for the optimisation of process
and product are integrated into our production flow.
With the help of various inline tests carried out directly on
production equipment we provide additional quality assurance.
Of special note is a leakage tester device developed by SAUER
that can test each bottle shape independent of the cycle time.
